Ireland unchanged for Italy

Ireland v Italy - Italian rugby logoAfter last week’s performance Kidney has kept the starting line-up identical to the team who played against France. Undoubtly we can expect Italy to put up a challenge, after their defeat against England they will be looking to cause an upset.

Ireland:
R Kearney; Bowe, B O’Driscoll (capt), P Wallace, Fitzgerald; O’Gara, O’Leary; Horan, Flannery, Hayes, O’Callaghan, O’Connell, Ferris, D Wallace, Heaslip.
Replacements: R Best, Court, O’Kelly, Leamy, Stringer, D’Arcy, G Murphy.

    rob kearney got a bad deal at the start.
    that italian should have got his marching orders.
    lucky all worked out well and rob got a score tag.
    lots to learn before the next event in 2 weeks.

    Yeah that was a horrendous tackle on Kearney, but full credit to him, he didn’t seem to let it effect him. The piled the pressure on him with numerous high balls and he wasn’t phased. He is turning out to be a very solid player.
