Ireland 32 – 15 South Africa
A windy Lansdowne road saw some great running rugby as a solid Irish side proved to be a force to reckon with. South Africa has a good start with some good movements and handling they were rewarded with an early penalty and so taking the lead. But that would be the last time South Africa would lead as the favourites mixed up great scumming with fantastic running in the quarter backs. Tries cam from Trimble, Horan, Wallace and Horgan, with O'Gara continuing his recent form.
The side looked solid today and played with an efficiency that makes fans glee with joy. Next weeks game is against Australia which will be the biggest challenge of the international season.
Gwan Ireland!
