Ulster man Rory Best will be amongst the starting line-up for Ireland in this Saturday's match against South Africa. Best comes in for injured hooker Jerry Flannery for his fourth international cap, Belfast born Best has never started a test match and has earned his previous caps as a replacement. Even though Best himself may lack international experience he will hook between John Hayes and Marcus Horan and a very experienced pack.
With caps in question the attention is on Peter Stringer who earns his 70th cap on Saturday, the cork born scrum half made his debt in 2000 against Scotland and has been one of the most consistent Irish players for the last 6 years.
Ireland last beat the springboks in 2004 which was the first time in nearly 40 years, wirth the bookies talking up Ireland as the favourites we hope that the men and green can kick of this year's season of rugby with a win.
